Voiding Policy

Users may request to permanently void their official Grabuki design from the group. This process is permanent, so we ask that you please think carefully about your decision before proceeding. Once officially voided, the process cannot be undone.

What is voiding?

Voiding is the process of removing an official design and its ties from its species by changing its appearance to no longer resemble the original species.

Rules

Voided Designs cannot be used for commercial use.
Credit remains to the original designer.
Once an official Grabuki is voided, the process cannot be undone.
Design should not be advertised as a part of the species once voided.
The original artist of the Grabuki reserves the right to use/display their original artwork (Portfolio, Commission Example, etc.)
Applicable official Grabuki designs cannot be voided until its Masterlist cool-down ends.
Official Grabuki designs that are submitted for voiding must also include a major redesign for approval, for the design can no longer resemble the Grabuki species when voided.

Eclipse and Abnormal Grabuki CANNOT be voided due to their active placement in species lore.

VOIDING APPROVAL PROCESS

By submitting the form to void an Official Grabuki Design, you are agreeing to the rules listed above.

Please note the Grabuki Group or submit a ticket in the Grabuki Discord Server with the following form for approval:

Masterlist: [LINK to your Grabuki's ML]
Redesign: [LINK to your stash/design]

In order for the design to officially be voided, three staff members must approve and agree that the given redesign no longer resembles the original species. Once the form receives three approvals, an admin will confirm with you if you would still like to proceed.

Agreeing to the confirmation will officially remove the design from the species and the group.
