RULES

You must be a member of the Grabuki Deviantart Group in order to adopt, raffle, and participate in any events.
You may claim the character ownership/rights, but you may not claim the design and species rights.
Please credit the artist and Felix when reposting or using the character for the first time.
Be respectful to one another, do NOT harass or solicit other users for a Grabuki under any circumstances unless the users specify that is ok, other than that, please don't.
If you have evidence of someone scamming you/another user please message the group or admins with any evidence.
Please do not purchase any Grabuki rip-off. If it is found that you are intentionally selling or buying Grabuki rip-offs, you will be added to a watchlist and your ability to claim ownership of future Grabuki will be limited to no more than one Grabuki. If you encounter or believe someone is selling a rip-off or a copy, please don't hesitate to message us!

Grabuki are a closed species and may not be created without permission from FelixSpiritDragon.
Artists and designers reserve the right to display their original artwork in online galleries, portfolios, and applications.
Applying or using any of the artist's and designer's artwork/writing to AI environments or NFT/Blockchains are prohibited.
You may only use your adoptable for personal use. You may not use the design for commercial purposes. You may, however, use the characters in self-published noncommercial works such as comics/webcomics, plushies, fursuits, etc. as long as proper credit is given.
Making Grabuki into different species or one-off characters is not allowed. This includes AU. Grabuki cannot have alternative or different forms unless they have:
- Warped Tolerance Trait (One alternative form only)
- Both Warped Tolerance & Parasitic Mode Tolerance Traits (Unlimited alternative forms)
When reposting Grabuki adopts or designs, all posts should be properly crediting the designer.
You can claim the character rights, but not the design and species rights.
Grabuki can be traded, swapped, or resold as long as you follow the rules and their trading status. Grabuki that can only be traded, cannot be resold.
Please do not compare Grabuki to other species, character, etc. in a disrespectful way.
This community utilizes a three-strike system. Failure to conduct oneself by community standards will result in action.
- First Strike - You will be contacted regarding the situation at hand, kindly asking that the situation is no longer repeated. After this contact, it will be deemed as your first and only official game warning. Further misconduct will lead to the second strike.
- Second Strike - After further misconduct, you will be added to the watchlist. Based on the situation and the type of misconduct will determine if a temporary suspension of certain or all activities/group-participation is given.
- Third Strike - Continued action will culminate into a blacklist ban. Users who are blacklisted will be deemed banned from the community spaces and the game as a whole, no longer able to participate.
Grabuki owned by Blacklisted members are voided and can no longer participate in group activities (this includes submitting MYO designs for approval) until resold/traded/gifted.
We have the rights to screenshot, repost, and share evidence as proof if certain actions is major and may also affect other communities after you've been blacklisted.
