Grabuki are an intelligent, anthropomorphic parasitic species known for their unusual anatomy and extraordinary biological adaptability. Having evolved alongside humans and other organisms, they have developed their own societies, personalities, and ways of life.
Grabuki are easily recognized by their elongated, wedge-shaped faces (resembling a cut wedge of cheese) and eyes positioned close to their noses, an additional pair of arms extending from their backs, and long tails ending in hand-like appendages known as Grabbers.
Their remarkable adaptability has also given rise to numerous subspecies, each with distinct physical characteristics, biological abilities, and limitations. While much is known about modern Grabuki, their ancient origins and evolutionary history remain largely a mystery.
Parasite mode is a unique trait amongst Grabuki in which they can rapidly change their bodies and become more akin to Body Horror, from minor levels involving flesh tearing, forming eyes and teeth, to greater ripping entire limbs apart and jutting flesh outwards, it is truly how they are parasites, and varies up to the Buki Owners imagination. However not all Grabuki can do it, some lacking the ability entirely, and most subspecies especially lack the ability to undergo Parasitic Mode.
