TRADE/RESALE RULES
GENERAL RULES

Soliciting users for a Grabuki is NOT ALLOWED whatsoever.

All transfers of trade, resale, and gift should be notified on the Masterlist by replying to the featured comment on your Grabuki Masterlist entry.

There is a 3 week cool down period before you can change ownership again, apply for a trade, resale, or gift. The first 3 week cool down will not apply to redesigns as to allow new owners to make adjustments that may feel better suited to their style. However, all cool downs after the new owners first redesign approval will also apply to future redesigns.

If a design has been purchased, whether it be in full or partial, through adopt, resale, or custom as a gift to another member, the ability to resell for the total value will remain available to that new owner. It WILL NOT be locked to trade/gift only.
RESALE RULES

Grabuki may be sold for the price at which they were purchased by the current owner (this includes MYO slots). Once the design is traded, gifted, or otherwise exchanged in a manner other than a resale, that Grabuki may no longer be sold by future owners.

Commissioned pieces of the Grabuki may be added up to the value price of your Grabuki. (Ex: Grabuki was bought for $100 and has a commissioned art value of $25. You may resell the Grabuki for $125). All commissioned pieces must be shown WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT by replying to the featured comment under your Grabuki Masterlist entry in order for it to count. Artwork done by you does not count towards the resale value. If you are unsure about anything, you may message FelixSpiritDragon or the admins for approval.

Vouchers are not considered a form of resale, but a form of trade.
TRADE & GIFT RULES

If the design was bought via resale, you are still allowed to trade/swap, but the Grabuki will no longer be sellable once traded.

You may trade the design for artwork, character(s), voucher(s), etc. except for money. You MUST specify what you are looking for.

By VOUCHERING; someone may purchase something for you in exchange for the Grabuki. The voucher may be for artwork, characters/CS, or physical items, etc.

We are not responsible if the artwork or item you had paid for through voucher does not come through by the artist or if the trade took longer than expected.

When vouchering, money may not be transferred to the Grabuki owner directly, but should be transferred to the artist the owner wishes to commission or purchase physical items from.

You may not voucher a Grabuki for an item, character, commission, etc. that heavily exceeds your Grabuki’s worth. The voucher’s worth is based on the total worth of the Grabuki (with some flexibility). If you are unsure of your Grabuki’s worth, check your GrabukiMasterlist entry’s description.

All Grabuki obtained through methods other than purchasing with actual money will automatically have the total value of $0. Updating your Grabuki’s Masterlist entry with proof of purchasing artwork, physical items, etc. of that Grabuki is the only method of increasing total value. Acceptable Vouchers that exceed a Grabuki’s total value:
Acceptable:
Total worth is $45, and the voucher is $50.
Total worth is $20, and the voucher is $30.
Not Acceptable:
Total worth is $0, and the individual is asking for a voucher.
Total worth is $75, and voucher is $300.

As much as flexibility is acceptable, exceeding the value should not be your goal. Unacceptable vouchers will be contacted.

​​​You may swap your Grabuki.

You may gift your Grabuki to anyone you like as long that they are not on the blacklist.
CO-OWNERSHIP RULES

Only two people can co-own a Grabuki.

Co-ownership is only allowed if both users agree to evenly split the payment during a Grabuki adopt/resale.

A co-owner can give up or trade/resell their co-ownership to the other current co-owner. The co-owner will now have full ownership of the Grabuki.

A co-owner can trade, gift, or resell (if Grabuki is eligible for a resale) for their co-ownership to a different user.

An owner with full Grabuki ownership can choose to trade or resell half (Or lesser value of what the Grabuki is worth) of their ownership, resulting in a co-ownership of the Grabuki.

​We do not allow free co-owning. (When an owner gives up half of their ownership to another user for free without any trade or partial resale).

CHARITY SALE RULES

Alternative to resale, trading, and directly gifting, you can choose to put up a Charity adoption. A Charity adoption can be applied to any Grabuki of almost any trade status. Charity adopts will not gain any additional value, for each transaction would be considered a form of donation towards the chosen charity. The design that coincides with the charity donation is considered a reward or gift, not a sale. For example, if the design started with a total value of $25 and a total of $75 went towards the charity, it will remain a value of $25. If the design has a total value of $0, it will remain $0 after the donation.

Any MYOs specifically designed for Charity adoptions will remain titled as an MYO, not guest design sale.

When doing a Charity adoption, please message FelixSpiritDragon or an admin with the chosen charity, the Grabuki you wish to put up for adoption, and preference of give away (auction, set price, etc.). Staff will hold the charity adoption to ensure all proceeds are sent directly to the charity.
