The price for a custom Grabuki depends on its rarity, traits, complexity, & character sheet detail.. Generally, custom Grabuki tends to be priced higher than regular adopts.

Rules & Information

What to expect:

The form will be submitted through Google form
-
Not first come first serve. Since this is my first public custom opening, I’d like to get comfortable and look for a design theme I could do.

I’ll only be taking 2-3 custom this round.

The form will stay open until ??, I’ll be picking and looking through the form.

I work best when mood boards & visuals are provided along with some descriptions and will be happy to take a visual design concept if you have one.

If you would like to give me artistic freedom, you can provide a simple description of your idea, but if you would like the design to be specific, feel free to describe it in detail.

If you are selected, everything from your design idea, diamond count, and payment will be discussed through Discord DM.

Depending on the cases and request, I can provide the concept art of your design before proceeding with payment

Your Grabuki Design will be drawn in this style & quality:

Prices may exceed your initial budget depending on desired rarity and design complexity. Adjustments to the rarity or design may be discussed if costs exceed your budget.

Character sheet will come with a free minor close up and design name. None chibi custom Grabuki also comes with a free headshot.

You may request additional view as add-ons for additional charge.

Number of diamond are finalized once payment is made; additional diamonds will cost $10 per ♢ diamond.

If you have any Diamond fragments earned from any events, you are welcome to use them to add more ♢ without extra charges, but depending on the traits you'd like may add a minor complexity fee (Ex: Adding a jester ears is free due to the simplicity, while scales growth will add a complexity fees).

Exclusive traits will cost $60 per trait. The custom can only have 3 exclusive traits max UNLESS you’ve earned an Exclusive Trait Cartridge from events, only then it will be free to add to your custom.​​​​

You may choose between Regular Grabuki, Snowbrute, Invertebrute Grabuki. No Elemental Wittholder or Single Shifter this round!

Payment:
-
Method: Payments must be made through PayPal (USD only).
-
Timing: Payment is required within 24 hours of selection, or your slot may be reassigned to someone else.

Payment Plans: Available for amounts over $250.

$250 - $350: 1-week max
-
$350 - $450: 2 weeks max
-
$450-$550: 3-week max (or one month)
-
$650 - $750: One and a half months max.

Reservation:
-
For custom priced above $250, reservation option is available as part of the payment plan process or to reserve your slot for discussion.

No reservation is available for design under $250 (base price), full payment is required.
-
Reservation are 40% - 50% of the total base price (EX: For a base price $250, commissioner is required to pay $125 to reserve their slot).

Reservation is meant to start the process of concepting/sketching out your idea, any adjustment, traits, complexity will be made during this concept stage. Once we get the idea of the design concept, we can finalize the traits along with the actual cost of the design.

Custom and character sheet will not be completed until full payment is received.

Commitment:
Please ensure commitment to your commission. Withdrawals are not permitted, except in emergencies, where payment may be paused but not fully refunded, depending on the commission's progress.
After Payment is received and custom has started:
-
No theme changes will be accepted once the concept stage is near finalize, starting over on a concept that is almost complete will incur the same reservation fee. Though you may request revisions.

Once the design has pass the concept stage, minor revisions are unlimited and free. Major revisions will incur a $10 fee per round.

Diamond counts are finalized once payment is made; additional diamonds will cost $10 per diamond.

Completion Time:
I aim to complete commissions within 1-2 months. Updates will be provided through Discord DM or Trello, you are welcome to boop me for update if there has been none for awhile.

Once your custom is finalized and approved, no other changes will be accepted.

Your custom will be put onto our queue to be uploaded to the masterlist.
Q & A:
Will you accept Grabuki Redesigns or rebase?
Redesign and rebase commissions are not considered custom designs and are priced differently.
Are you able to work with my budget?
I'm able to work within your estimated budget, so feel free to let me know (budget must be above $150), if your budget is $200 (meaning between 6♢ to 11♢) but the design you desire is considered a "complex design", there's a possible chance that it will exceed above your $200 budget. I'd let you know if that's the case and we can work out to simplify the design or start a new design idea.

I have my mood board, but it also contains a design of someone’s else design, is that okay?
If you need to showcase what you like or to show inspiration, please include them! Moodboard absolutely works best with me (I'm a visual learner lol).

Can I design my custom Grabuki and show them for you to continue the design in your style and take?
Of course! If you'd like to concept out your own design, I'll be happy to work with it.​

Can you draw Grabuki in a specific art style?
I’m only comfortable with my art style. EXAMPLE OF QUALITY AND RENDERING STYLE

Can I use traits that are listed as "free tier"?
"Free tiers" only apply to MYO design, not custom Grabuki. But if you have a MYO and would like me to use a "free tier" then yes I can (it won't effect your diamond limit).

I have a MYO / can you design my MYO?
I can! If you’ve purchased a MYO for $_, discounts are available based on the purchase price of your MYO.
I have a basic MYO that contains only 4♢, will you increase my diamond count?
No sorry, if I am designing your MYO, I can only stay within the diamond limit.

I have a trait fragment (or any traits upgrade item), can I add it to my design?
Yes!

My custom is finished and uploaded to the masterlist, but I want to request a minor cosmetic change or redesign, would you accept a change to the design?
Minor cosmetic change is fine, but a redesign may not be possible due to it being a different service and rate.

These random custom availability are usually for a voucher, me wanting to try a specific design theme, or just general funding support which sometimes I'm too shy to really make a public journal/announcement for. So from time to time, I'll have my custom availability here so feel free to check back if I have any up! ;v;
Price listed below will be what I would like to work with and will only go up according to design complexity.
If voucher: Payment is usually sent to the person I'm commissioning. Other extra fees, will be sent to me via PayPal.
