REDESIGN GUIDE & RULES

REDESIGN RULES

These rules apply to only redesigns. Please check the MYO & Redesign Rule page for information that covers both.

✦ Overhauls are not allowed at this time.

You may redesign your Grabuki as long as it is still recognizable to the original in some way.
- To help ensure the original design remains recognizable in the redesign, try to keep any unique features that stands out in the markings and transfer that to the redesign. As can be seen in the example below, you may change the body type, swap traits, alter markings, and do color/value shifts as long as the design remains recognizable in the end.

You are allowed to swap tier in the same trait category or lower (Ex: Swapping Single Colored Eyes (Uncommon) to Multi-Prosthetic (Uncommon).
- Free tier traits on approved MYOs cannot be swapped out for normal traits. You can either remove the free tier trait or swap a free tier trait with another free tier trait of the same rarity or below.
If the previous design or original was redesigned, you may convert back to it's original or previous state.
- If the original design or previous design has a lower diamond count than the current design, reverting to that design will result in a permanent loss of diamonds.
Free Tier traits do not apply to redesigns. They only apply to unapproved MYO designs.

APPROVAL PROCESS

Please note the Grabuki Group or post in the Discord Grabby Design Approval Channel for approval. On Discord, if the changes were merely cosmetic (body type, hairstyle, update art), please use the Minor Cosmetic Channel for approval.
- Use the following form when submitting for approval:
  The "Redesign" section can be removed if submitting and uploading the redesign through Discord.

After submission, an available admin will reply to you shortly with either an approval or correction list. Feel free to ask a staff member or submit your design to the Grabuki Design Help channel on Discord for help with corrections. Once the corrections are made, reply to the admin's original response that listed the required corrections.
Once your redesign has been approved, screenshot the approval message and head to the your Grabuki's Masterlist to reply to the Redesign Comment.

Grabuki that were posted before or during the year of 2020 may not have an accurate form. Please follow the form above. If the comment is missing, please contact a staff member.
